Dr. Alexandra Talaber joined King-Devick technologies as a Clinical Consultant in 2015. She has been integral in the implementation of the King-Devick Reading Acceleration Program in schools, which improved reading performance for hundreds of grade school students. Dr. Talaber educates her colleagues, community, and patients on how efficient vision is essential in learning and sports. As a former competitive figure skater for over a decade, she values helping others optimize performance, prevent injury, and recover quickly. Dr. Talaber graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, then went onto receive her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry where she was awarded the Trustee Scholarship each year. Dr. Talaber completed her residency in Vision Training and Rehabilitation from the State University of New York College of Optometry.
